CONDITIONS OF TRADE
Prices:
The offers on our internet sites are for privat customers. The prices are
calculated inclusive the German tax and from our depot Stralsund / Germany. We are sorry
but customers from outside of Germany have to pay extra for postage and packering. But it
is the same price that we pay for it to send off the goods to you.
Orders:
Every order via internet, e-mail or in other ways to us is defenetly. If the
customer doesn`t cancel his order within 24 hours, we agree. For orders we deliver in
several parts ist every delivery a separat order.
Delivery:
We deliver by post or parcel service. We try hard to deliver in promised times. But
they are not defenetely. Not our faults are difficulties for delivery that based on an act
of God, difficulties that based on problems with the producer, technical faults at work or
authority command. Extra deliveries are free of postage.
Payment:
Customers pay in EURO. We accept only cash on delivery.
Datas:
We collect datas of our customers only for our own data bank. We promise to save
them and give not to any other.
Place of Jurisdiction:
Our business based on the law of the Federal Republik of Germany. Place of
Jurisdiction is Stralsund/Germany.
Changes:
Small changes in product design or prices are possible if we forced to do.
Property:
The delivered jewels are our property until complet payment for the goods.
Guarantee:
We guarantee the promides quality of our goods. Every customer must have a
carefully look at the goods after receipt. Possible faults must be told to us within 1
week. If a complaint is real we compensate for damages or reduce the price. We guarantee
the quality of our goods for 6 months. Damages of course of waer out or uncorrectly use
are out of guarantee.
